Strengthen the emotional self-awareness of SRO members through self-care tools that allow them to respond to the needs and reduce the negative effects that can trigger situations of vulnerability in the participants' environment (individual, family, work, community).

This indigenous women's organisation stands for intellectual promotion of women. It is led by professional Mayan women from different academic disciplines, who support the transformation of society towards more social justice, gender equity and revaluation of Mayan knowledge and culture from the grassroots.

• The triangular project enables the exchange of knowledge and practices among multiple partner organizations, facilitated by the indigenous women's organization Asociación IXOQIB' MIRIAM. This organisation brings interdisciplinary expertise rooted in Mayan culture and a commitment to gender justice, aiming to enhance social transformation at the grassroots level.
• Informed by a feminist and culturally rooted methodology, the advisor facilitates workshops, creates reflective materials, and offers personalized support sessions to integrate emotional awareness into the daily practices of the organizations. This not only supports individual wellbeing but also reinforces organizational culture by embedding care and mutual support into collective work processes.
• By promoting a deeper understanding of emotional dynamics and their influence on decision-making and interpersonal relations, the project strengthens the capacity of the involved organizations to fulfill their missions with greater clarity and sustainability. It exemplifies a South-South cooperation model rooted in indigenous knowledge and feminist pedagogy.
