The health facility was founded by the local church and was once the only one in the area. It serves a catchment population of 6,413 people, providing immunization, antenatal, and outpatient services. In the past, weak batteries meant there was no power at night, forcing the suspension of critical services such as deliveries. With support from the solar project, the facility can now provide all essential health services both day and night.
