St. Joseph’s Technical School: Solar Energy & Environmental Education


This school was pre-selected for the upcoming Solar-Powered Schools for Sustainable Futures project based on their needs for an improved solar PV system. The selection was based on criteria including energy access gaps, student population size and gender balance, potential for educational and environmental impact, and the suitability of facilities for solar installations (e.g. presence of boarding sections or evening classes). Priority was given to institutions in underserved or remote areas.
