Since the end of my parental leave, I have been working in the non-profit area in Slovakia, it gave me a sense of purpose and motivation to work. That’s why I was set on the direction of NPO. In the finance section the job advertisements are limited in this field and so I came across horizont3000 when I was looking for a new job.
My first few days? I was welcomed in such a friendly and respectful way that I would never have expected. The core values are lived to the fullest here. Moreover, I think that my field of work is very interesting.
I am especially looking forward to being in contact with colleagues internationally – Africa is a new area to me. In addition, I am eagerly awaiting all information on the individual projects that horizont3000 is carrying out together with partners and the knowledge of my colleagues in Vienna.
Because I am a real morning person, it’s the morning, the start of the working day. Then meetings, where there’s always something tasty on the table. And last but not least, every exchange through which I can learn something new.
